FMA: Brotherhood ep 30 + manga notes

Summary: Roy Mustang has just joined the military much to his alchemist master’s disappointment. His master is tired of hearing the same reasoning for joining the military from everyone. When Roy asks him to become a state alchemist and continue his research he bluntly refuses claiming to have perfected his research long ago and became satisfied. He goes on to explain that, as an alchemist, he is already dead as he no longer strives to continue thinking and then collapses. Before he dies he tells Roy that he left the completion of his research with his daughter: Riza Hawkeye. When Mustang meets her, it is in front of her father’s grave where he asks her to call him if she needs anything and shares his ambition of protection others with her.

FMA: Brotherhood ep 29 + manga notes

Summary: Ed and Al have been captured by the homunculi and are lead back up the surface via elevator by Envy. Upon reaching the surface Ed and Al are shocked to learn that the military headquarters is located directly above where Father resides; Envy comments on how filthy they are and cut to Ed’s service shower scene as shown above. Ed tells Al about what he saw at the gate and then finds out that May is inside Al’s armor. After making a commotion Envy comes in to see what’s wrong only to get an eye full of Ed in the nude.

FMA: Brotherhood ep 28 + manga notes

Summary: Gluttony and Al arrive at where Father is, but before anything else could happen Envy, Ed and Ling burst forth from Gluttony’s insides violently. Al is overjoyed that Ed is alive (hugging him and adding more injuries) and Ed becomes aware of his new surroundings. Father is surprised that humans came out of Gluttony’s stomach and identifies them as the Elric brothers while Ed mistakes him for Hohenheim. Once Father is informed that Hohenheim is the Elric brother’s dad he is both surprised and happy commenting how he knew Hohenheim would not die, but never expected him to have children. Father completely ignores all of Ed’s questions lost in his own pondering until he realizes Ed is injured and Al is missing part of his arm prompting him to fix both of them up using alchemy. Ed and Al realize Father is not abiding by the rule of equivalent exchange while Ling, sensing the souls within him, questions just what Father really is.

Where the final episode picks up at, Roda has already beaten all her pursuers into a shredded cloths mess and, in her boredom, notices Kenta.

Semi-clothed ladies floating over where children gather

Cue the opening with additional sound effects such as “boing” with every boob bounce and a crowed of voyageurs cheering for more.

FMA: Brotherhood ep 27 + manga notes

Summary: Hohenheim is sitting by himself watching others dance when a much younger Pinako comes up and offers him a drink, then joins him. They discuss the war like nature of the country as various scenes from previous episodes are shown until a little gil comes up to Hohenheim and asks him to dance with her, after turning her down the conversation shifts to his own children and how old they were when they attempted human transmutation.

So we’ve talked about it and typed about it and been bored as hell and back again so we finally did something! Yes, that is correct, we are now a fansubbing group of sorts and for those of you who have not just visited to grab the link and be on your fapping way I guess I can tell you a bit about our group.

Just coming up with a name was annoying since May wanted to keep “Hiyono fansubs” reserved till next year, so, being the bored outcasted bastards that we are, decided to go with MOT in homage to our former stomping grounds made up of thousands of pages worth of motivational posters that a certain website (made of hypocrites no less) decided to ban just because of a few (hundred) XXX ones. After losing our pastime of spamming endlessly redundant posters, we core people that bothered to stay in touch formed a group and then were all bored together! So to subside our boredom we thought “now what should be do now?” and just so luckily at that moment May chipped in saying “fansubbing” (even though she had no part in this project EDIT: except telling us what program to use for what) and thus we are proud in our own twisted way to present English subtitles for Hatsu Inu ~again~ Sample 2.

tl;dr for ya? We got bored, so we did something.

Next project will most likely be Kibun Kibun, a 2003 two episode hentai made by Bow Ditama. We found it very very strange that since its release no one has subbed it, we’ll see if we can work together long enough to resolve that issue.

FMA: Brotherhood ep 26 + manga notes

Summary: The battle against Envy continues with Ed and Ling on the losing side; to make matters worse all the bodies protruding out of Envy are causing Ed to hesitate. The various bodies are all crying out: some are begging for death, others with madness and still more in agony giving Envy a psychological warfare advantage over Ed. Despite Ling’s attempts to convince Ed those are not people, Ed still hesitates even having flashbacks to the Nina indecent allowing Envy land some heavy hits before Envy tries to eat Ed.

So last charge ended with Sentou down for the count, this charge he somehow mangaed to drag his depressed hide back home where both Hakone and Iono know something is wrong with him.

And Rona is busy trying to get normal people to notice her with no success leading to this scene…

Temper tantrum

With Rona complaining how there are no others that can see her before spreading despair to everyone around her out of boredom and frustration. Cue the opening.
